  • API Request ID: Look for the x-request-id in the response headers. This enables us to look into the exact request(s) you are reporting.
  • Any error messages or unexpected behavior you encountered.

Alternative Information to specify the request(s)

If the API request ID is not available, you may give the information below for our investigation.

  • Request & Response data: Ideally full HTTP request and response when possible. Both raw text and HAR file work well.
  • The exact time the call was made (in UTC or specify your timezone)
  • API Key Token ID: This is the first half of your API key. For example, if API key is 4ZGW2o3HgjipzMxBktbQYh:8CWWiJLjUaGL5PfGvu4XPZ, the Token ID is 4ZGW2o3HgjipzMxBktbQYh.
    ⚠️ Do not send the entire API key.
