Managing Multi Org

This page explains how to use the Yoodli API to manage a Multi Org and the organizations within it.

Note that the Multi Org feature is an advanced configuration that is provided only to a limited number of customers. If you are unfamiliar with Multi Org, you likely do not have a contract to use it, and you may disregard this page.

Get Information about a Multi Org

To learn about the state of a Multi Org, especially overall seat usage, use the Get Multi Org details API endpoint.

Get Information about an Organization in Multi Org

Use the Get Multi Org details API endpoint, which provides information about all Organizations in the Multi Org. It includes seat allocation and usage information.

There is no API endpoint to get information just for a single organization.

Change Seat Allocation of an Organization in Multi Org

To change the seat allocation of an Organization, use the Update Multi Org Organization API endpoint.
